This policy is applicable to Only Domestic United States orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.
You must be at least 16 years of age to purchase a watch or jewelry from our shop. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as at least 16 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is at least 16 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order.
Title to the watch or Jewelry you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.
An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at time of delivery. Please be aware that someone over the age of 16 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to be present at the time of delivery for an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned. The Customer will be required to incur the cost of shipping and handling, regardless of the Customer deciding to cancel the order.

Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.
The buyer assumes title of the watch(s) or Jewelry once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the product, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any watch into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of the watch and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the watch shipped to him or her.
Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at email@example.com
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
We will provide you with a unique Order ID and listing of the item(s) you have ordered in this mail.
